This workshop will emphasize and highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy mentality throughout high school, even when work gets overwhelming, to ensure you find study methods that fit your psyche the best, which is very helpful in university. Tips and tricks can be shared that cover how to study based on your learning style (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, etc…) and what good habits can benefit your mental health when dealing with a heavy academic workload or the stress of university applications (e.g meditation, limiting screen time, etc) to ensure you are able to perform to your best abilities and be productive throughout your high school career and future endeavours. This workshop is free and open to all!
