Our hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
A meal plan and extended care are not offered for March Break Camp.
Camp is first come, first serve. Students will be placed on the waitlist if a location is at maximum capacity.
The campers are 5-12 years old at the time of camp. For example, if the children's birthday is before March 10, 2012 or after March 14, 2020, it's outside the range and we are unable to accommodate at this time.
All requests for refunds, transfers, and cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to info@yorkeducation.ca. Please see chart below on refunds, transfers, and cancellations policy.
- To cancel camp 7 days prior to start: 100% refund with a $50 processing fee.
- To cancel camp within 7 days: Written request + medical certificate required for a 70% refund of missed days.
- Late arrivals, early pick-ups, or missed camp days: No refund.
As an NPO, e-Transfer is our default and preferred method. You can e-transfer the fee to info@yorkeducation.ca after reviewing the confirmation/quote email. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can request a payment link (a processing fee for credit card payments will apply).
You may come in-person and our staff will assist you. However please note that we do not accept cash payment. If you need assistance in-person, please book an appointment through email at info@yorkeducation.ca.
We offer a $50 coupon for each family referral. Referrals will be processed in June after the registration period has closed.
What is the maximum amount of referral credit we are able to gain? No Maximum.
CWELCC is an incredible program that has the goal of offering childcare for a low average cost. However, this program is only applicable for daycare centres and unfortunately, we are not part of the childcare system.
Canadian Tire Jumpstart®: A community-based charitable program that helps kids age 4 to 18 participate in organized sports and recreation programs.
- Children are eligible for up to $600 per calendar year; a maximum $300 for the same sport.
- Programs must encourage physical activity.
- Funding is available for members of the same family for the same season.
YRES Scholarship Fund recipient may receive 100% coverage for the camp. Please check our website for regular updates. The YRES Scholarship is not guaranteed every year, and it is dependent on funding from donors.
Yes, we offer a $50 coupon for each family you refer. Referrals will be processed after the registration period closes. There is no sibling discount, as our rates are already highly affordable.
We plan to assign 15-20 campers per classroom and the staff-to-camper ratio is 1:4.
