Our Mission

Our mission at York Region Educational Services is to provide accessible and high-quality learning opportunities for the York Region community.

To cut current program costs, improve quality, and commence new initiatives, our goal is to raise $5,000 CAD.

WHERE YOUR DONATION GOES

Donations will support YRES in offering affordable camps and providing free camp experiences to families in need. This includes camps during:

March Break
Weekends

Affordable Camps
$5000

Donations will be used to purchase backpacks, which will be distributed at the Back to School event at Markham Public Library.

Back To School
Drive 2025
$2000

Donations will support the invitation of guest speakers and the provision of free sessions at local community centers.

Youth Workshop & Personal Development $1500

Donations will be used to purchase Lego robotics kits and offer free programming sessions at local schools.

Robotic Programming $1000

Donations to the YRES Computer Club will be used to purchase laptops and offer free coding sessions and computer club events. These activities aim to provide students with essential digital skills and a platform to explore computer science in a fun and engaging way.
